check out the lives of William and Yvonne, not what you will expect. its a mystery, romance, has humor and is erotic, all in one , definitely a 5 star book
Shadows of the Heart is an intense read. Author Lord’ Williams skillfully intertwines a love story with something much darker. A battle between good and evil in a modern day world where a select group of people possess the power to save the entire human race. But when those powers are contained within everyday people who’s hearts also contain lust and desire can the spiritual win out against the flesh? Take a ride with Mr. Williams as he reveals what lies beyond the shadows of the heart.
Shadows of the Heart was indeed a very good read. Intriguing, sensual, and action packed are some words that can be used to describe Lord’William’s style of writing. If you are looking for a mystical yet real-life journey with the added bonus of a read that is different than most everything being produced today, then Shadows of the Heart is your book.
Recommended reading for fantasy, romance and contemporary readers.

The synopsis is a good highlight of the story so I will not repeat that part. I loved all the characters though. Once the author could settle down into the story and focus on the characters I felt the story’s pull.
Yvonne and William are very complexed characters and I see why another book is needed. In this first book, we barely get to scratch the surface of these two or their special kids. But I LOVE the scenes that showed William with his kids. So much of their future is wrapped up in their past that it takes a while to uncover the story so the book ended right when it got really good. I was waiting to see what would happen when Yvonne and William got together. Both of them can’t seem to get out of their own way. William it seem is coming around, he’s just blind to the end result. These books with people not knowing their true identity can get a little tedious if it drags out to long, hopefully more will be revealed the next book and they can get started on their path.
I’ll be honest, I still don’t quite understand what is going on but I’m looking forward to seeing how this will play out with William, Yvonne and the rest of the players.
(I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.)
